the shame resilience intensive

You swallowed your truth - again.
stop rehearsing
the comeback
Three live sessions on what happens inside you when someone’s words cut. Why you’re fine one moment and spinning the next. You’ll learn the exact sequence of how you get hijacked, and how to get back on your emotional feet in minutes, not hours or days. You’ll also get the words to say when you’d normally freeze and go quiet.
Something sets you off and you start to spiral. Your face gets hot. There’s a knot in your throat. Your heart races and your stomach flips. Time stops, and every good comeback disappears. Then it shows up at 3 a.m., fully formed, with nowhere to land. The co-worker with the tone. The boss who brushes off your idea in a staff meeting. The sibling who teases you, then says you can’t take a joke. Each one lands like a sucker punch, and they’re long gone by the time you find your words.
You’re not dumb, and nothing is wrong with you. You’re human. Your body is wired to scan for danger, because that’s how it keeps you alive. The problem is, it can’t tell a grizzly bear around the corner from an email from your boss that says “we need to talk immediately.” Your body feels shame the same way it feels danger. Left untrained, that wears you down until you’re exhausted all the time.
This is biology, so you can’t confidence your way through it. Logic and willpower go offline mid-cut, and nothing you say in that state will help. What you need is enough space to see the situation clearly.
You need a protocol your body can run when your thinking brain has left the building.
what we do
in the room
session one
the origin framework
We’re all born a blank slate. Childhood hands us the blueprint for who we become. Stories about who we should and shouldn’t be get poured right into the foundation, and shame gets mixed into the concrete.
In session one, we define shame: what it is and what it isn’t. We look at how it’s built and how it runs. You’ll leave knowing how to find the shame that’s been feeding off your joy your whole life.
session two
demystifying shame
The most dangerous version of you is the one who talks while you’re in shame. A reliable protocol is the best way to avoid saying or doing the thing you’ll regret later.
In session two, we connect the dots: what happens outside you, the beliefs inside you, your thinking brain, and your body’s response. Shame is the electricity running through your nervous system that wires it all together. You’ll see how it hijacks your whole system, and learn the pattern interrupts that get you back in control before you crash out. You’ll leave knowing shame’s playbook.
session three
the gameplan
Knowing how shame works is half the battle. The other half takes tools.
In session three, we put it all together and practice the core moves that build real resilience to shame. You’ll leave with a clear picture of what shame is and how it works on you, plus a protocol you can use the same day.
the part that sets you free
The sting you’re avoiding lasts ninety seconds. Any pain after that is you re-cutting yourself with your thoughts.
ten moments
we run live
These are the conversations where women go quiet. For each one, we cover why you freeze, what silence is costing you, and what to say instead.
Someone talks over you in a full room.
the freeze that makes you invisible
Your partner does the same thing for the fourth time.
speaking up feels like risking the relationship
A parent says you always put yourself first.
the oldest freeze there is
Your boss corrects you in front of the team, and they’re wrong.
public correction stacked on top of flooding
A friend calls in crisis again and never asks about yours.
fawn: mistaking being needed for being valued
You’re asked to take on something you have no capacity for.
“should” is shame’s favorite word
Someone tells you that’s not what happened, you’re too sensitive.
gaslighting goes after your own perception
Someone you trusted breaks it.
grief layered with threat
A relationship has run its course and you have to say so.
where the most women go silent
Someone says “you’ve changed” and means it as a criticism.

Jane Pak is an eight-time CEO and President. Most recently, she built a nine-figure business from scratch. Then she watched the same people who praised her attack her character as the business was taken from her. Even when it meant losing everything, she refused to compromise her integrity. Jane spent 48 years hustling for her worth, until she lost more than $100M of personal net worth. That left her with one final choice: abandon herself again to hold on to her success, or stand firmly in her value and, for the first time in her life, fuse permanently with her self-worth.
What she learned on the way up, and on the way out: the skills you use in a boardroom are the same ones you use at the kitchen table, and almost nobody teaches them directly. She works with women who are competent and capable, and still go silent at the exact moment it counts. Her rule: if it costs you any part of who you are, you will never stop paying the price.
what happened
to them
Jane’s coaching offers a structured yet refreshing way to understand yourself, along with the inspiration and practical guidance to rethink and rebuild the beliefs and mental models that shape your life. Jane herself is an icon. She has a rare ability to truly see you and guide you forward with honesty, compassion, and no judgment.

This session gave me something I’ve struggled to find through years of therapy, reading and personal development work: a practical way to actually hear and trust myself. I left feeling deeply connected to myself, with tangible tools I can actually use and a much clearer understanding of who I am and what I need. It was emotional, incredibly insightful and genuinely transformative.

Jane’s hot-seat coaching brought clarity, strategy, and genuine care to a place where I felt stuck. As I work toward restoring my marriage, she helped me move from urgency to integrity with higher-level thinking and a clear plan of action. I left feeling seen, strengthened, and equipped to take the next right steps. I am deeply grateful for her wisdom and highly recommend her coaching.

get coached
VIPs get an extra private hour for $300. You’ll watch a full 1:1 coaching session, live. One person’s real situation, worked all the way through. Then stay for Q&A.
Watching teaches in its own way. You’ll spot yourself in someone else’s freeze long before you spot it in your own, and you’ll see the questions Jane asks to get underneath it.
VIPs can submit their issue for the hot seat, and one is picked each session. If it’s yours, bring the conversation you’ve been avoiding.
before
you ask
No. Camera on, camera off, in your car with the engine running. You do have to be there.
No. This is skills work on shame resilience: what to do in the moment, and what to do afterward with what the moment showed you. It works well alongside therapy, but it doesn’t replace it.
Yes. The person who gets talked over at home is the person who gets talked over in the board meeting. Same playbook, different room. No title required.
Only if you want to. Shame can’t survive being spoken, so speaking helps. But you can do every exercise privately, on paper, and still get the full benefit.
Everyone gets the recording for 10 days. Just email us and we’ll send the link.
More than 7 days before Day 1, full refund on request. Within 7 days, refunds aren’t guaranteed but may be considered case-by-case. Once the workshop begins, there are no refunds, including for no-shows. If we cancel the workshop, you’re refunded in full. Full terms at checkout.janepakofficial.com/terms-of-service-page.
